Reservation Policy

The Monday drop-off will be unloaded on Wednesday early afternoon March 28 2018. Exact time TBA.

The Tuesday drop-off will be unloaded on Thursday Morning March 29 2018, Exact time TBA.

If you know you will be arriving late afternoon or evening on either delivery day or in the event of a Travel Delay resulting in you arriving after we finish unloading the trucks, we will hold your boxes in a refrigerated truck. Your boxes will be available for pickup later that evening or you can have it delivered it to your house sometime after you arrive at an additional charge of $250.00. While we will do our best to deliver it in a timely fashion after your arrival, we cannot guarantee a time.
We will send out email or text updates with any changes, actual pick-up times or any delays.

 

Refund Policy

Reserve as many boxes as you are certain you will need. If you need to add to your order at a later date, you may do so by emailing us at info@pesachshipping.com.

All reservations are final, no refunds will be given.

Luggage and Box Policy

Boxes must be uniform in size. Standard supermarket boxes will be accepted, size can not exceed 12"W x 24"L x 13"H.

Any box that exceeds 12"W x 24"L x 13"H will be counted as additional boxes (to be measured on site).

Luggage is approx 30"H x 20"W, No Overweight charges!

Duffel bags will not be accepted under any circumstances.

No loose items will be accepted.

Any box that has items protruding from it will not be accepted.
